The GCTP is very pleased to have the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney speak at our January Public Meeting next Tuesday. His primary topic is Law and Order, a subject of utmost importance as we’ve seen many changes in our country as to how Law is implemented. Dave is immensely qualified to speak on this critical issue. The important sources of law are the United States Constitution, federal and state statutes, administrative regulations, and case law. The Issues are staggering in today’s world.
We are extremely fortunate to have Dave as our Greene County Prosecutor, to represent the people of our county. The Public Meeting is scheduled as shown below:

David was elected as the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney in November of 2020 and assumed the position on January 4, 2021. David began his career at the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in November 2004 in the Child Support Enforcement Division. David has prosecuted over 2,500 felony cases and conducted over 60 jury trials. These trials have included murder, rape, burglary, and felonious assault cases.
David graduated from Stebbins High School in Riverside, Ohio in May of 1992 and immediately enlisted in the United States Air Force Reserve. He served in many assignments, serving as SMSGT and First Sergeant of both the 445th Logistics Readiness Squadron and Maintenance Squadrons. Commissioned, he retired from the reserves in 2016 as a Captain. He obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2004 from the University of Dayton Law School in 2004 after receiving a BA degree from WSU in Political Science. Dave is married and they have two daughters.
